About Us Calendar Sermons & Music News Youth
  • On Friday night, January 2nd, following the Table Ministry meal, we had six carloads of youth and adults go downtown to pass out well over 100 pairs of socks to those who were sleeping on the streets.  Our mission was two-fold:
    1. To tangibly remind those on the streets that they are not forgotten with a small but symbolic expression of the love of God.  We warmed feet in the name of the One who washed feet.
    2. To begin the new year with an activity that would move us towards becoming characteristically a people that does not forget the forgotten.
  • Saturday morning, January 3, we had our first men's breakfast of the new year.  The menu featured our favorites: bacon, hot links, scrambled eggs, and pancakes, with plenty of coffee and Tampico.  Don't miss our next men's breakfast on the first Saturday of February!
